6. Session Booking and Payment

6.1 Bookings

Sessions are booked through the Website's booking system. By submitting a booking, you are making an offer to purchase a session, which is accepted upon confirmation and receipt of payment. All bookings are subject to availability.

6.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule a confirmed session at no additional charge, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are subject to the cancellation policy below.

6.3 Cancellation and No-Show

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session: eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend ("no-show"): the session fee is forfeited in full. Spoken From Soul reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered at no additional cost.

6.4 Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Spoken From Soul in accordance with the policies stated above.
