Inside the session
Energy healing is not about diagnosing or prescribing. It is about creating the conditions for your body and mind to let go of what they’ve been holding, and to find their way back to balance.
Aakanksha works intuitively, drawing from multiple healing traditions. She listens: to your words, to your energy, to what the session itself reveals. The approach involves access bars and access body process done in person and distantly through energy healing practices.

Sessions are available online (30 to 60 minutes) and in-person at Pune (60 to 90 minutes). In-person sessions allow for deeper body work, while online sessions are equally effective for energetic and emotional release. Duration and frequency are determined by your unique situation.
Most people describe the experience as deeply calming. Some feel shifts immediately, others notice changes over the days that follow. There is no right or wrong way to receive.
