Subconscious Mind Training
You know what you want to change, but something keeps pulling you back. This session gives you practical ways to shift the patterns running underneath: the beliefs, the inner dialogue, the reactions that no longer serve you. You leave with tools you can use on your own.
Is this for you?
This session is for you if…
- You keep falling into the same thought loops and emotional reactions
- You know logically what to do but can’t seem to follow through
- You want practical tools you can use on your own, between sessions
- You carry beliefs about yourself that no longer feel true, yet persist
- You’re ready to actively participate in rewiring how you think and feel
What happens
Inside the session
Subconscious mind training is different from energy healing. Where healing works on what you carry in the body, mind training works on what you carry in your thoughts, beliefs, and inner dialogue. It is active, participatory, and designed to give you tools you take with you.
Aakanksha guides you through techniques drawn from Silva Mind Programming (reprogramming limiting beliefs through guided visualisation), Emotional Freedom Technique (releasing emotional charge from memories and patterns through tapping), and Ho’oponopono (the Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness).
“You don’t just receive this work. You learn to do it yourself.”
The first session focuses on identifying the patterns that are running beneath the surface: the beliefs, the self-talk, the emotional triggers that shape your behaviour without your awareness. From there, Aakanksha introduces specific techniques suited to your situation.
Duration and number of sessions are determined by your unique needs. Some people find clarity in a single session. Others choose to work through a series of patterns over time. There is no prescribed package, only what serves you.

Why Healing Begins with Listening
